This Payments & Refunds Policy governs the manner in which the Flying Muse maintains transactions processed via the Flying Muse website (“Site”). This Payments & Refunds policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by the Flying Muse.

All prices are subject to change at any given time without prior notice.
Products & Services
All services purchased from the Flying Muse are delivered as described within each service description or product details. An instant purchase is available from the Flying Muse for selected products & services publicly available at the Flying Muse or delivered to your inbox with the Flying Muse Newsletter and/or to Premium eClub members.
Custom Project & Services
If we agree to a project, we kindly ask you to make the first payment before the process starts.
The Flying Muse accepts PayPal payments, and major credit card payments via 2Checkout or delivery bank account upon request.
All project payments are due in two milestones:
- the first half of the amount is due upon agreement being reached to hold your spot in the queue, worth 50% nonrefundable deposit.
- the second half of the project payment, (nonrefundable) is delivered at project completion – just before any final files are delivered.
For custom Projects and services, the Flying Muse will issue an invoice to you. The invoice will be delivered as agreed within our Payments and Refunds Policy, per each milestone, to an email address of your preference.
If the Flying Muse agrees on a fast-track project, the initial payment amount should be completed within 24 – 48 hours and prior to the agreed project initiation date.
If a non-fast track project is agreed with the Flying Muse, the initial payment amount should be completed within 5 business days and prior to the agreed project initiation date.
If the initial payment is not completed within these terms, the Flying Muse reserves the right to transfer the communicated spot to another client.
Please note that failure to deliver the requested information to the Flying Muse, required to initiate the project will result in losing your deposit
Payment processing
All payments via the Flying Muse website are billed with the 2Checkout merchant system or PayPal. With 2Checkout, we are able to provide secure online payment with PayPal & major credit cards. If you are not familiar with 2Checkout, or wish to find out more about 2Checkout please check their website.
If you would like to pay for a product/service listed on the Flying Muse website with different payment means, please get in touch.
Please note that, if you would like to pay for services (custom projects) to the Flying Muse with your PayPal account, we need to issue the invoice to an email address connected to your PayPal account. We do not store these email addresses and the email address will be used only for the purpose of delivering an invoice to you.
Refunds
Since the Flying Muse offers non-tangible digital products/services, it is not possible to “return” the product/service. Therefore, we do not issue refunds after the purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing. We strongly recommend that you thoroughly review each product/service specification and ask any questions prior to purchase. Colors & Printing
Colors between monitors and printers can vary a bit. Before sending your files to your printing vendor or lab, it is always a good practice to run a test print with your home or office printer.
Although we take great care during our design process and make sure every single bit is polished, a final check from you is necessary prior to publishing or printing your final materials. Please make sure you check the templates for colors, bleeds, safe zones, and fonts before printing or publishing. the Flying Muse will not be held responsible for printing or any errors on your part.
Changes to this Payments & Refunds policy
the Flying Muse has the discretion to update this Payments and Refunds policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Payments and Refunds policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
